Cannot Log In

I love the game, and everything about it. Graphics, clothes, etc. But I have a problem! I cant go into my account, because it has a Ø symbol in it, and that doesnt appear there when your logging in AJ Jump. Fix this ! I would love to transfer gems, and the pet ! Thanks.
