Update deleted everything and glitched account

I was thinking that AJ Jump should update, and I saw there was an update so I attempted updating, and that was fine. When I got into the app, all the data that I had was deleted! I had over 36000 score saved and it was gone!
So I tried logging into my animal jam, and it said I couldnt and it logged me out. So all my progress was down the drain!!
If u wanna update..
DONT DO IT!!
