I have an AJ account but it wont let me log in yes I am sure I typed it in right, the game is fun and detailed but I wish I can transfer.

you need to fix this app badly, because whenever I try to connect my aj account it says it doesnt recognize my username and password, and Ive tried over and over a ridiculous amount of times to log in, it never works. the only reason I bought this app is for the pet Joey, and now I cant even get it. this game ripped me off... really hope you can fix it or I want my money back.

I love the app!!! I would give it a 5-star, but it wont let me login, it says that it doesnt exist/ maybe incorrect. I really want my kangaroo, I payed money for this app and Im really sad that it wont let me transfer my kangaroo and gems.... Please some how fix this ASAP!!!!! Thanks

Its why I bought the game in the first place, I even changed my password, IT STILL WONT LOG IN.

I bought! BOUGHT this game with good money hoping to get a cute little pet on the game on the computer but it wont work!! It keeps saying that my character is working!! It wont let me sign in!!

I got this game recently and it seems really fun but it was last updated October 2014, and my account is newer than that, so it cant find it. Id like for it to be updated so I can earn gems, thats why I bought the game.

Like the others, it will NOT let me link to web AJ account, perhaps because the last update of this app is back in 2014??!!! FALSE advertisement in the AJ jump web site. Daughter very disappointed not getting little Joey as her pet in her AJ web account. Need major update and FIX! Or else need to correct the website regarding able to link accounts and transfer game currency.

I like the game.It is fun.I like animal jam too I have buddies. I am a member.There is a big problem with Jump.The problem is that I try to log in but it always says error.I read some reviews, they said the same thing the same problem. Please fix it. I really want a pet kangaroo and some gems.Please fix it.

i love this but when i try to send stuff to my account it will not work

This is a really fun game, and I like that you get to customize your kangaroo. I would have liked to transfer my Joey and gems, but when I login, it says my account wasnt recognized. Im even a member!!!!!!!! Please lower prices and maybe let me transfer things? Overall, I like the game. Update please!!!!! My account is only like a few weeks old. This was updated in 2014.

It wont let me log in at all it says that it cant be found

I like playing the game. But when I try to login to my animal jam account it says error account user or password is not found and I type it in correctly. I even when on my computer to make sure that I was spelling it right but even after I still cant login. I want to transfer gems on to my account. I hope you guys could help me with this. I have a membership on AJ and the gems would really help. My user is Themasterlynx

I have an animal jam account so I got this game to help me get more gems. However, it will not let me log in. Im entering the same information into the game as I am when I get on the website. My account works fine on animaljam.com. However, it will not work on this app. This is actually a really fun game, so I still suggest it. But I knocked it down from 5 stars to 2 stars because my account wont log in and thats the reason I bought this game.

U said u can now send gems to play wild but, I cant how can u I did it where u do it for animal jam.com

I love this app but I really wish that you could also transfer you gems to you computer animal jam account. Please try and fix this.

Have been unable to log in since the update. My sister is getting the same message on her phone. Love the game...just cant log in. I tried deleting and downloading again. Same message.

I was thinking that AJ Jump should update, and I saw there was an update so I attempted updating, and that was fine. When I got into the app, all the data that I had was deleted! I had over 36000 score saved and it was gone! So I tried logging into my animal jam, and it said I couldnt and it logged me out. So all my progress was down the drain!! If u wanna update.. DONT DO IT!!

I updated it and I cant log in. Therefore, I cannot transfer gems to Play Wild. Heres some other suggestions: Possibly make a diamond/sapphire mode, add more levels (other planets, the moon, maybe starts underground) and fix the current problems. I am not even sure if you are working anymore on this, like working to add things I mean. Sorry, but these are just suggestions and things I think you need to fix/add. Thank you!

I love animal jam, and Im a master at this game. Ive been playing for 4 years! This just isnt fair.

Trust me, I love this app and its concept, but this last update deleted all my progress. As a matter of fact, you cant even sign into your account! Please fix this.
